Ans. It is the stage when river ends its journey.
It is called Mouth of river. It is the place when fresh river water meet the
salty sea water.

What organisms do survive in the final stage river water?
Ans. Mud and sand carried by river water form
marshes. Shell fish, shrimps and worms survive in this mud and become food of
sea shore birds. Fishflounder, mullecarp and catfish may survive in the mixture
of sea and river water.
