HOW TO MEND A PUNCTURE IN A FOOTBALL

HOW TO MEND A PUNCTURE IN A FOOTBALL

If my football gets punctured, I take the bladder out of its cover and inflate it a little. I dip it into a tub of water and press it to find out the hole. I mark that place with a copying pencil. Then I let the air out, dry the bladder up, and rub the marked place as well as a rubber-piece with a sand paper. I apply rubber solution to both and let them dry a little. After a while, I place a rubber piece on the bladder and press the two very hard. The puncture is thus mended, and the bladder is ready for use again.
