MY NATIVE TOWN

MY NATIVE TOWN

Kasur in my native town. It is an important center of trade and industry. Its population is over 75,000. It is famous for its sweet smelling maithi and the shrine of hazrat Baba Bulhey shah. It has got much cotton –ginning and pressing factories. It has also got a college and four High schools for boys and girls. Most of its streets are quite neat and clean. Most of its houses are airy and well-lighted. Though only twelve miles from the Indian border, it is progressing by leaps and bounds.
